Refund Policy

At Cuteco, we follow a strict no-refund policy to maintain hygiene and quality standards for our jewelry products.

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  1. Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made within this time frame, a full refund will be issued. Once 24 hours have passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  2. Parcel Misplaced:
    In the rare event that your parcel is lost or misplaced during transit and is not delivered, we will investigate the issue with the courier partner. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • No refunds will be provided for delivered orders.
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
