SHIPPING:

All orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email or Instagram within 24–48 hours. Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper uncut unboxing video as proof. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement if applicable. Requests without valid proof or beyond the specified time frame will not be accepted. All items must be unused and in their original packaging for any approved replacements. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly approved.

CANCELLATION:

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to unforeseen issues, including but not limited to stock availability or verification concerns.

RESHIPPING:

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details, including full address, landmark, and correct contact number at the time of placing the order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the customer, or failure to accept the delivery, the customer will be required to pay the re-shipping charges to have the order dispatched again. In case the error is from our side (incorrect shipment or labeling issue), we will bear the re-shipping cost and ensure the order is delivered correctly. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

PRIVACY:

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected, including your name, contact number, email, and address, is used solely for order processing and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment, such as with shipping partners or payment gateways.
